Where is the game manual?
I can't find it anywhere after installing the game. The game based tutorial just sucks.

There's an html vesion of the manual in your install directory, so if you install your Steam games into
C:\Program Files\Steam
the the manual will be at
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Railroad Tycoon 2 Platinum
and it's a file called Manual.html.
There's also a couple of strategy guides in there.
