How to set ceiling lights in tall rooms?

I have been trying to put sun lights in my 2x4 farming room but cannot reach far enough out to get the most sunlight for the plants and animals. I cannot find any walkways or sorts of wall leaning ladders to reach up high enough in the middle of the room.
Do i have to stick to the purple farming wall light for tall rooms or is there another way i haven't found yet? i thought sun lamps had better sunlight for the same energy usage so i was hoping to use them.

I think rooms that have a second area higher or lower aren’t make for bigger (plant rooms) or something else … the lights have to be place very low on the ground near the plant you will grow to become the highest light …. In bigger rooms you don’t have a option to walk in the middle , you kill only your space to build , I think bigger areas are only for the space that the rocket silo use

Ps when you place a normal light instant over your plant you have a middle light Faktor(50%), du you put a grow light in this position you have 100% sun light on your plant

I had the purple farming light above a planter with a very high light level and another on each side with lower light levels. I was growing apple trees in the planter so i needed the tall room, i thought the new Sun light could reach further so would give the side planters a higher light level, but it only attaches to the ceiling.
I have not noticed a difference in light level where the purple farm light is placed vertically, only a difference horizontally.
