A second pill?

So I got all the way to Fort Observer to realize that I forgot the access pass.

Because it ate the pill on the drive, even shutting down the game and restarting, starts me back at the Fort. How do I get another pill? Or do I just start over?

As per other threads, you should get another pill from the mailman. Just drive back to joe's and than go home. Mailman should than come with another pill.

Oh sweet, I'm in the middle of a 4 day no-mail stretch which explains why it hasn't happened yet. Thanks for the info!

It doesnt let me drive to the fort without the pill and I dont have any.
I had one but I lost it somehow.
It's been almost 10 days and havent got a 2nd one yet.
