Forest Lever in Level 4 (To unlock access to level 5)

This doesn't seem to be showing up - I'd expect it to be at the boss area of level 4, but Joe's dog keeps reappearing there back in the cage.

Still entirely stuck with this - is now preventing all progress as until I can reach level 5 I can't get the horizon for phase 2 rocket, Jenny's quest line, etc.. Any way to add a lever in, or is it a restart situation?
(Slight change - Chupacabra is no longer constantly getting locked up, but the cage is still there.)

Do you have the a screenshot of the place? While it can probably be a bug, i never had issues getting all levers. They're usually a bit in the background, some might be slightly covered by flora, depending on the viewing angle.

Thankyou for replying - went back again to take the screenshot and a lucky mouse movement highlighted it actually behind the solid rock, to the right of the crate. No other indication it was there - if cursor hadn't perfectly gone over the spot never would have found.
So, for anyone else missing levers, note it's not just bushes/trees they can nest behind(!)
