Where to get Rocket Control

I'm stuck at the needing to get the Rocket Control Module. It is the only quest I have, and speaking with everyone 3 days in a row seems to do nothing to get a new quest or to advance anything. I cannot even get the Nuclear book from Bob, any tips on how to get it?

Try reading the letter minuteman sent you before getting the book ;)
You can get rocket module from the fort

Yea but I can't even get the Nuke book. Really just stuck. Don't even know where to go from here. There is no option to go to Fort near the car

go to bob and look at the bookcase on the left of the room

Keep checking around. It's been a while, but I think the book you want is on the ground next to the bookshelf? He does, nonetheless, have the book the Minuteman wants.

The book you are looking for is not in the general highlight zone. There are two books that can be selected alone.

@Vash1598 the book is on the floor on the left, downstairs on the first level of the mine in Bob's room. When you zoom in on the picture, you will recognize it by its cover.

I managed to finally get it. Guess I didn't read the letter requesting it and I put it in a box then forgot where I put it lol
