How to get to mining level 2

So far I only fund the card for the first level of the mine. I searched the Level several times, read all my letters I got so far., got a pickaxe and a mining helmet, Still no idea how to get to the next level. I have

Hey, thank you. But I am only level 1 so far. How do I get to level 2 and while we are on it, level 3?

the green one? for the first level? I found that but no other. and there was only one rat attack, as soon as I repaired the lift. there was one miners chest a bit father down but no other card

omg, i found it. i didn't press the botton to level 1. Please lets never talk about it again. ;) I am hopeless!

I got the same problem. Can't find the level-2 mining card. I am as far down I can get in the elevator on level-1. Searched every square cm, but no lvl-2 card..
