The glasses are on the plant jenny is holding. Once you talk to bob in the mine after you give him the jacket he will ask for glasses. After that go back to jenny, and ask for glasses. She will give you the ones that are on the plant she is holding.

If you zoom all the way in and look closely you will see them.
