Used Hydrogen before hydrogen quest

Hi peeps
So I went into the mine and found the hydrogen and used it to build the rocket... all before getting the "hydrogen bob: hydrogen storage -- Take a look at level -5" quest. Now that quest is stuck in my journal and i can't complete it.

For the moment i'm stuck. Jenny won't give me the pill , and i'm worried it's cuz i haven't done the hydrogen quest. The minuteman still wants me to frame the agent , but I haven't figured that out and i can't figure that out, so i assume i can't do that because I can't reach fort observer without the pill.

Anyone know a workaround? Or at least can tell me i'm not stuck?

(also no spoilers please... don't tell me where the minuteman's quest items are hidden if i've access)

i'm just going to block out this whole post so i dont' have to block all the little spoilers...


Jenny's saying "i'm not allowed to give it to you yet. It's not up to me."

As for bob... Hmm... he seems to be missing all of a sudden. Last time I talked to him i gave him the specs and he said "don't go deep in the mine, you'll blow us up with hydrogen."

Not sure if I've done something different this time or if he's scripted to be somewhere else. Might go back down into the deeper mines and see if i bump into him.

Also, you can see my quests on the side if it helps...
