how to quickly earn electronics
Buy from someone? But from who and on which lvl?

Yes, but can only be obtained once. So if you leave you can not get back in. Also, if you want to do this you will have to travel a bit light. Gun, ammo, and some food for health. Especially for the battle once you get in.

Or you can just sell things to the hunter and jenny for money. Than buy a lot of phones, computers, radios from the jetsons. Joe will also sell electronics. Do that everyday and you will have plenty.

The best way I've found is earn money / buy from Jetsons & Joe. It's a bit RNG, but once you have a steady supply of gasoline, you can take off into the desert randomly, and I've found several electronics at the various stops on lucky trips.
