Game is slow

Hello i played it again for the halloween achievement
I changed my 3700x for a 5700x3d few months ago and the game is still very slow in my bunker (game file +200 days everything done )
I just need to let the days pass for the 1 Year cheevos but still not did coz the game is at 7 fps so boring . IF i use the sleep the game doesn't accelerates ...

So i wonder : a solution exists ? TY :)
