Kinda stuck, little help please?

So I am a little stuck here, and don't seems to be able to progress in the game any more.

Current quests:
- Bob's Glass
- The countdown (Phase 4 Rocket)
- The Pill
- Bless the President (Frame the agent)
- Who observes the observer (Go to Fort Observer)

Problem:
Can't find Bob's glass, none of Jenny's plant is talking to me.
Can't build the rocket without control module.
Can't get the pill. I have unlocked all the mine level, still nothing at level 4, and Bob is still at level 1, and therefore can't get the illegal item.
No pill, can't go to Fort Observer

Am I missing anything? Or is this might be a bug? I built Phase 4 rocket pretty late in the game, could that be the problem?

you have to make sure you are clicking on Joe in Jennies arms or else the glasses don't come up.

Control Module is end game, don't force it.

Get everyone's trust, but again, I wouldn't worry about the pill unless you are eager to get to the end, it just let's you to get the control module.

Look around where Bob and the sleepers are in level 5 of the mins to continue the bless the president quest.
