Mine level 6 no excavator

How can I mine materials without an excavator in level 6 of mine?

I was wondering this as well and just figured it was just a random level and you get random things from manually mining the rock?

Assuming an excavator does go there it should than mine random things that you get from other levels?

yes I noticed that its random, therefore the many colors on the card but I thought I can also use that "excavator" there to fill in fuel and it would work like in level 1-5 too.

The issue with level 6+ is that it is randomly generated in it's entirety every visit so you could NOT fuel it up and come back the next day as it would be reset.
