Marcos biometric safe.

Ive been waiting for this jackass to leave his office for ten minutes so I can break in and take it.

But he doesn’t ever leave.
How do I get him out?

Hi, have you tried to return to his office after other actions or on the other day?

There are several ways to get Marco Legrand's biometric safe:
— Given to you from Marco upon completing his 3 prank quests and asking for it;
— Stolen from his desk;
— Found within the Lost and Found on the 1st floor if Marco is no longer in the Ministry.

I was kind of waiting outside his office for him to step out.
Peter and Emma step out every 2 minutes

I figured out what to do he stepped out after I exhausted all the dialogue options with him.

I knew I could get it by doing Marcos pranks but I didn’t want to do them.
Marcos an ass and peter doesn’t seem like a bad guy.

I figured I could just steal it by breaking into his desk however once I got inside the skill book I thought let me break into desks turned it to be for some other kind of lock so in the end I couldn’t steal the safe.

I’d like to give this third option a shot.
I remember back in beholder one you could frame people and get them arrested.

Can you do a similar thing to get Marco fired.
That would be awesome I hate this guy.

Yeah, you can frame him by putting an illegal item (can be found around the Ministry or bought from the courier) in his desk and then make a call on the phone to make him arrest.

Marco also can be framed after you learn he's a drug dealer, in this option you don't have to wait til he leaves the office.
