Sneaking contraband past guards?

I have foreign currency and a watch. My first question is, what can I do with these two items and secondly, how can I sneak them past the guards? or Do I need to just far, the authority so i can just pass the authority checl?

You can’t pass guards with restricted items.
Only way to use them - put to rival’s table and call phone to jail him. There is achievement in game for which you should jail all workmates. So you will need for it 9 forbidden items.
