Motherland Terminals - Hack Lv. 2 Book?

Anyone know where this one might be? I've looked everywhere I can think of, and still haven't come across it. I need access to Pete Ferguson's terminal in order to help Magda acqure enough soap for the House of Misfits orphanage, as far as I can tell.

Any ideas?

As far as I remember I got the soap from the trader wearing the top hat.

It took me a while of wandering the Pier, etc. but you can find it by leaving the house in the evening.

On the first floor, you can look at the bakers tray in the area where your cubicle is (Note that it takes 4 hours to do) and it can be found in there.
