Is there a way to peacefully remove Marco Legrand?
so I'm trying to get rid of my competition on the first floor without getting anyone killed or arrested. I managed to get Dong and Emma out of the way, but Legrand still is in the way. Is there a way to get him out of the competition without resorting to getting him arrested? I noticed he mentions that if his dad gave him his inheritance he would leave his job, but I haven't found a way to make that happen.

In my game, Legrand got himself killed. I helped him get his drug in and then he wanted me to sell them. I did, but he turned me into the boss. To save myself, I had to agree to a deal with the boss. That left him on the chopping block.....literally.

*Spoilers*
I don't know exactly how I did it but I got him removed another way.
I think I found out the info on his computer or on the bosses computer that he wishes he had his father's money. I then talked to him and then to Dong. This got Dong to prank him and then after a error of comedies he was relieved of his duties. I never opened the envelope so I "didn't know" about the drugs.

This is my second run through of level 1.

Yeah, I found out this the first time too. Unfortunatly, he gets executed if you do this which is why I was hoping for a non-death solution, doesn't seem to be one though :(

You can't save everyone buddy, this isn't a happy place to be in.

Beholder is not the game for happy endings, unicorns or rainbows.

Well, you can argue that it is with the drugs and if he gets pranked by Dong his own fault, especially if he just goes all crazy after Dongs Prank.

I can't figure out how to do it at all...I can't open his desk to place anything inside despite having the lockbar skill, I've already delivered his letter, legit stuck.

There is no other way. Arrest or death. No alternative.

How do you even get access to his desk?

Help Peter with 20k money. You should offer him illegal doctor or rob Ferguson safe in his cabinet for him (you should offer him that option so he give book to open safe, I didn’t find how to obtain that option, I chose doctor). In both choices he gives skill book. Or you can find it on 12th floor (don’t know where).

Well, the first one kinda was if you made all the right choices, you could save everyone, end the war, get rid of nuclear weapons, and reform the country. So I'm guessing in this one the ending is bittersweet no matter what you do then?

Wow. Then I made some pretty bad decisions. I managed to keep one kid alive at least. But even some "god choices" had some unhappy endings. I remember doing my best to save someone and did only for an article on things turning sour after they left. Trying to avoid spoilers.
