I don't know exactly how I did it but I got him removed another way.
I think I found out the info on his computer or on the bosses computer that he wishes he had his father's money. I then talked to him and then to Dong. This got Dong to prank him and then after a error of comedies he was relieved of his duties. I never opened the envelope so I "didn't know" about the drugs.
This is my second run through of level 1.
Yeah, I found out this the first time too. Unfortunatly, he gets executed if you do this which is why I was hoping for a non-death solution, doesn't seem to be one though :(
Well, the first one kinda was if you made all the right choices, you could save everyone, end the war, get rid of nuclear weapons, and reform the country. So I'm guessing in this one the ending is bittersweet no matter what you do then?
