I can't find the remote control in 12th floor TAT

Search DeSalvo's desk but take into account that you need to accept What Controls You? quest from him first.

I gave up :( I'm doing an evil run and just coudn't get the remote either, I just went to the next floor, I've been serching online the result of what happens when you get the remote but no one has found out yet. The curiosity is killing me.

In order to get the remote first you have to help DeSalvo torture Frank Wright's brother in the secret room. After a couple days DeSavo will ask you to find someone else to toture, talk to the guy that stands next to the shredder and convice him to go to DeSalvo's office. Next go back to DeSalvo and he will take you down into the secret room to help toture the guy, when he does that refuse to help him and he will get mad and tell you to get the remote from his desk

Same, I was just a simple employee following his biding but I was never invited to his secret dungeon. I still wonder what were the porpuse of the remote.

after you put the remote in the table he shows you two rooms, one which a group of people in it and the other with a little girl. He then gives you the choice between saving the girl and killing the people(by burning them all), saving the people and killing the girl(DeSalvo takes the girl out of the room), or not picking either of them and killing both
