Pimp business card for Ferguson's party
Legrand is dead, how do I get prostitutes for the party without him? (if it was in his desk drawer, his replacement worker is permanently at his desk)

You can go to the square (if I recall) from your apartment's entrance door, there you will find a pimp and he's gonna give you a card. Return to your home and call him. The next day he will be waiting for you at the hall of the Ministery with the girls for you to choose.
