Getting Emma and Peter to date

I'm having trouble getting them to date. I already got rid of Marco. I have 3 hearts with both of them. Emma has the exclamation point in her conversation and I tell her she needs to find a husband, and she says she's eyeing up prospects. I ask her about Peter and she says he's not brave. Then I ask Peter about a wife and he sort of implies he's interested in someone with nice perfume and all that, but then, nothing. How do I get these two together.

This is what I was missing. I hacked his computer several times and didn't realize that that was a drafted email message... :)
