stuck need help!

So I think I'm almost done with the first floor but I'm missing 3000 Reputation. I only have 3 missions:
- Smuggle the drugs (have to do it on my own dont know how)
- Get promoted (need 3000 Rep)
- Competition

Hello! The easiest way to earn reputation points — finish the competition quest ('Competitive Environment 1.0.1') that allows you to get a 10,000 reputation. You just need to get your colleagues out of the race — Peter Dong, Emma Hazer and Marco Legrand.

To smuggle the drugs you need to talk with Serena Marwitz and help her with the vending machine.

I already helped her out with that, but there is option showing up for convincing her to smuggle.
I don't know how to get the others out of race since I only have 3 missions and I think those are the last ones.

You can put contraband (red items) into their desks and report misconduct via work phone :)
