Dawn of Dreams was definitely the best one imo. I would love to see 2 and 3 ported too.... the first one was the last one I wanted to see ported and it isnt even the genma version. What a disappointing release...

I didn't really like the whole time travel thing in Demon Siege personally. I liked all the extra characters and weapon options in Dawn of Dreams a lot more.

Unfortunately I haven't played that one.
For me that have only played 1 one time , 2 three times and 3 half a time(Since I never beat that game), the best Onimusha game is the 2nd one.

In the first 3 games you only ever controlled 1 character (well 2 in demon siege) and for the most part that character played the same in all 3. Dawn of Dreams had a whole cast of side characters that you could not only team up with but you could control them too. Each one had unique fighting styles and various weapon types to use. My favorite was a spaniard named Roberto that used fist weapons.

In Oni 2 you could also play as 4 additional characters.(Which 3 of them were optional)

onimusha 2 is the best

3 will forever be the best in my book. Jaques is best character.

Jaques was great but couldn't carry the game IMO.

I need 2 and 4 redone so I'm gonna buy this though. Mostly 2.

Also: Onimusha 3 was in fact on Steam but iirc it was one of the old really poorly done console ports.
