Genma Onimusha was the REAL "Enhanced Version" - This is trash

Without Genma content this is a lazy attempt to cash in on an old series, and I'll never buy it. It makes no sense to remaster the inferior version of the game and pretend all the extras of Genma never existed. Hell, the OG Xbox was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ x86. That version should've been easier to remaster, considering current gen is also all x86. PS2 was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MIPS.

I honestly disliked Genma due to the green soul energy, and I'm glad this will be the version without it. That stuff felt like it was forced into the game in order to slow the player down...

Then let's agree to disagree. I found the green souls to disrupt the pace of the game and thus (to me) they are enough of an issue to outweigh the other additions from Genma.

I have always described Genma as the bad version of the game, and it's mainly because of the green souls that I see it that way. I haven't met anyone before that thought Genma was the superior version, though that may be due to us being in different communities (as different communities may have different opinions). To each their own though.

I wouldn't call this trash. Onimusha Warlords is a pretty solid game though Genma is like a full bodied version of it.

Totally agree. For me Onimusha 2 is the staple title of the series though I really like the gameplay and graphics of the third one.

Yeah. Genma had a much better chance of success since most Onimusha fans didn't play that game.(Since Onimusha franchise was mostly a PS2 franchise)

Also 20 dollars would have been a much better deal for that version over this version.(Which should have been 10 dollars)
