New game+?

after finishing the game I unlock the special clothes but after showing the rank the game sent me straight to the menu is this normal or can I save to get a ng +? and if i can't save why i din't unlock hard or something just normal or easy?

First off, there's no Hard difficulty in the original Onimusha, only the Genma version does, and second, you can unlock Ultimate mode, which is essentially like new game plus, but overpowered, lol. However, to get Ultimate mode, you must collect all 20 fluroites if your first playthrough, clear the game, then you unlock the Oni Spirits minigame, beat that and then you'll get said mode.

This game doesn't really have much in terms of extra content, but like what NeoStrayCat said, if you get all the fluroites you get the Demon sword and can pretty much kill all enemies with one hit.

What is the Demon sword -Bishamon? And completing minigame is pain btw...

The Bishamon Sword is an overpowered sword that can kill any enemy, except bosses, in one hit when pressing the magic attack button.

Hacks or mods will probably be available soon to make that shiz available on the immediate too if collecting flourites and playing that god-awful mini game doesn't sound appealing (it doesn't to me).
