The reason why its not added, because the original composer is a fraud. He didn't make the music.

I'm well aware that the composer is a fraud(Madarame) and CAPCOM can't use the REAL music anymore due to legal reasons. I think the REAL composer is brilliant and all that; but dang it, I miss the original soundtrack from my PS2.
Also, I don't mean to re-rail too much from the main topic but, this whole case reminds me of how Kenji Yamamoto was fired for plagarism and all the songs in Budokai HD Collection was replaced by a new score
