Who have won "Southen Pacific" scerino ?
That mission is the hardest in RT3 ever seen. I spend 2 days to won beacuse I can't make money by railroad but only industry. And AI companies are very strong but I dont understand why they dont connect each other (LA to New orlean). Its very hard I never see this before - -*

The way to play the game on the higher difficulties is to focus on forcing a supply/demand loop in a few various cities and then linking them up. Spend some time looking for wood exports that don't have any lumber yards within 2 towns reach, any produce or grain that doesn't have a winery or brewery nearby, any cotton or wool that doesn't have a textile mill or any livestock farms that don't have a meat packing plant.

It'll be a slow start at first but once you get going you'll get going fast. To force the supply/demand do NOT put the industrial building in the same town that the raw goods are within range of. The raw goods will go to the station of the town then be shipped to the town with the industrial building; money from the shipment of raw goods, the turning them into industrial goods, the redistribution of the industrial and, if you buy the raw good building, money from the raw goods themselves.

Since the distribution of resources and industry buildings is random in most maps (this one included, I just checked) I can't give any more advice than that. G'luck!

Oh, and remember that you are an Industry Mogul. Don't be afraid to cut off a different business that you don't own by placing your own building just a little bit closer. The difference from one side of a city to another is enough to make buildings go bankrupt sometimes.

Expert gold by 1878. I did nothing till I could majority share the ai from Wichita about 1868 , resigned and became chairman of this ai . This give you unlimited track good credit for low interest bonds and lucrative train routes everywhere plus industry logging and oil to search for.Build and build while buying middle ai shares , About 1874 resign and take over middle ai Waco etc as chairman take bonds and build railway to Los Angeles . Nuke a few of the railways and sell the industry. Resign and retake first ai . You should be able merge with the hobbled middle ai! Merge with original ai to Los Angeles station. Build stations to El Paso. Build trains I had over 120 trains repair middle ai track . All goals should then come up and you are now mega everything.!the original goal is a phantom ignore! Ignore the west till you are mega wealthy!concentrate on getting control of ais.
for the gold conditions(moving cargo between the endpoints) the easy trick is to just make trains that go direct from the cities to each other and put them on express so they won't get blocked by the local traffic.

the actual most difficult scenario in the game by my opinion is Mexico because the resource generation is incredibly stingy so its near impossible to make the early profit necessary to start the snowball(lategame Mexico is relatively easy since the huge number of cities provide tons of passengers/mail once you have a big enough network, but the early game of any scenario is about profiting off of freight and there is so little freight on the map)
