I download mod and install and mod dont show up in game pls help

Hello,

do that : Main Menu -> Mod Management -> Subscribe Mod(s) -> Collection -> Wait for download & installation (not only download, be careful !) -> Restart the game.

If it still doesn't work, you can send me a Bug Report fro the Main Menu by clicking on the top left little white icon.

Ok, it seems the Mods are installed. If the game didn't switch automatically to them, it means you might have already their profiles created.

Try to select Settings -> XKT (instead of Default), then restart the game.

If it doesn't work, it means the Mods didn't install correctly. Try to delete them and install them again.
