Problems installing MOD XKT

Hi. I can't play with mod XKT and i don't know why. I suscribe and install the mod and when i turn on the game the mod doesn't charge. The game is still the same. When i go to "profile" i see a message like: "mod charged only in other profiles" or something like that. It is necessary to do anything else? I found it really annoying because i don't see anyone else with this problem.

Hello,

you have to select the profile XKT in Settings -> Profile, and then restart the game, to activate the Mod.

Thanks for the answer.
My problem is that, when I install the mod and go to "Profile", there's no profile with the name "XKT"; i only have the default profile and the following message on the bottom of the screen: "Mods loaded only with others profiles: XKT".
I have tried to create a new profile with the name "XKT" and restart the game, but it doesn't work. Probably it's easier than it looks, but it's my firts time downloading a mod like this.

Could you send me a Bug Report from Settings -> Profile after have loaded the game with the XKT profile ? (HowTo => https://www.managames.com/Forum/topic5-31732.php )

Where is the mod installation process explained? There's no workshop so how do you subscribe to it?

in-game, you click on the Mod Management button within the Main Menu, and there you subscribe to the Mod you want and wait for it to download & install, then you restart the game.

I got your Bug Report.

your current profile is the Default one ( = "Por defecto").

Could you select the XKT profile, click Apply, and then restart the game ?

If there's no XKT profile to select, then create it manually.

I created it manually and restarted the game, and it doesn't work. I have sent you another Bug Report with the profile "XKT".

Hum, I checked more in detail and actually it seems the XKT Mod is not installed, but the game still shows the XKT Mod in the Profile menu, which is very strange...

So you should go to Mod Management, unsubscribe from the XKT Mod (if you already subscribed to it), then subscribe to it again, and then go to Collection and wait for the Mod to download & install (if your Internet is slow, it can take up to 20 minutes).

Be sure to have at least 7 GB free on your HD before doing that.

Side note : your NombresReales Mod may prevent the game to see the XKT player base (once the Mod will have been correctly installed).

I have done it and it doesn¡t work :(. Also i have unnistalled the file "NombresReales" to see if that was the problem.
Don't worry. Probably it's something wrong with my laptop. I have sent you the last Bug Report so you maybe can find something wrong. Thank you a lot for the help!!

I looked and you still didn't get the XKT Mod, so it's quite strange.

You've subscribed to it, right ?

Could you send me a Bug Report from Mod Management -> Colllection ? (the XKT Mod should be there if you subscribed to it, but maybe ModIO shows some error ?)

SOLVED! I went to "Settings", "Profile", "Show Data Folder", and inside of the file"Mods" i had this:
BasePath = Mods
Load = NombresReales

and i changed to:

BasePath = Mods
Load = XKT

I restarted the game and I had the mod XKT charged properly.

Sorry because it was absolutely my bad and I've bothered you. Thank you a lot for the support.

Ouch, I'd have never thought of that !

But put this instead for your Load line :
Load = <All>
This will allow you to install other Mods if you want to.

BTW, if you have the time & mood, please leave a positive review on the TE4 Steam Store page, that'd be helpful for the game and encouraging for me ! :-)
