Difficulty level

In the coach screen there is a difficulty level. Can you explain what the difference is between them as it doesn't state in the game guide and what effect does it have on the game, 3D matches etc.

I have mine set on junior, and my player who is 18 has won 6 Future's, one challenger, and in the quarter final of her 2nd challenger tournament.
