We may see a remake PC version if the Kickstarter campaign is successfull enough but i doubt.
new art means that's low quality enough to be able to make it run on this low performace devices.
What DLC? There is no DLC from what I can tell. At least there isn't any on Steam for Deiland.
In addition to that all the stretch goals met:
Seasonal fishing, new character art, Space Dog pet and Constellations (animated 2D intro, ala Summer in Mara, was not met).
More than likely they're calling the content updates they made for the PC DLC's even though those updates are integrated into the PC build (Not sure how things were in the PS4 versions.). Bit disingenuous IMHO especially as those updates were free for PC too, not separate (paid) DLC. They could've been honest and straightforward and just said "you get everything on PC/PS4 versions plus blaa blaa blaa".
So any bets on that they're not going to finish the story this time either?
