Not sure about two things - Hute's Hoe and where to find dandelions

Hi there, I am needing help. I need to craft an Agricultural hoe for Hute and I need to find dandelions for a potion.
I sure do appreciate you guys here! Thanks for your help.

Hoe > Craft at your home, just only 1 for yourself
Dandelion > You need access to Lily first, dandelion is flower, which is planted in pot.
To gain access to Lily
First, you need to get mysterious from Meteor.
Plant that seed anywhere, then hit that flower to call Lily

Hmmm... I have checked the workshop and my forge but can't seem to find where to craft the hoe.
I get mysterious seeds all the time from the meteors. Do I just keep checking until the right one falls?

I figured out the problem with the hoe. I needed to finish the quest for Chef Bram. I couldn't catch a fish for the longest time but after I finished that quest, everything seem to fall into place. Skipping around on quest before it is time seems to create problems.

lol, just noticed that you had not unlocked Hoe Lv2 from Brram yet. So cannot craft Hoe lv3.
