There is a heart on the tree photo above David's bed with initials inside of it. The first letter is D. I can't make out the second letter. Maybe an r or v? Is this the right way?

i dunno, messed with image levels for a while but i need a gamer smarter than me to figure it out. I looked at dark spots based on the text but i'm out of ideas and i'm not smart at this image text hiding shenanigans. good luck to the gamer that tries next

I noticed there are colored pencils in Davids room. Andy left colored pencils. There are 4 colored dots on a frame on the wall. The pic with the heart on the tree has D+C. The only one I know of with the name C is Carl. "Letter from Franklin to Carl". Someone Franklin loved and gave special treatment to. That's all I got so far. I am pretty clueless lol.

Is this still going on? I love this game and have put a good bit of hours into it. I just don't know where to look further. This started back in February. I also agree that we need some DLC. Game is awesome.
