Account error 27

Cant login in the game due to the error 27. How do i fix it?

Error 27 means that the Steam account and the Sharkmob account they are trying to log into are definitely not linked. Could I ask you to send us the screenshot of the error so that we could investigate your case and help you? You can submit the ticket here:

Get the problem, can't play ... 2022 guys how it's possible a ♥♥♥♥ like this.
Bug to creat account, can't even access to principal menu ...
Edit, have to go to website to link account ... game doesn't mention it, ok do it automaticly ...

I'm guaranteed to have connected my steam account to the sharkmob account and when I try to log in it still says error code 27
