Game running well but every launch it gives error about api-ms-win...kernel.something.dll

Yes, I have the same issue - "Tiger-Win64-Shipping error saying api-ms-win-downlevel-kernel32-l2-1-0.dll is missing"

Some antivirus programs recognize a file called TigerBase.Dll as a virus
For me that was the problem

Same for me, reinstal both visual c++ and net framework, still have error message...
