Is it possible to grind XP?
I've been playing the game on Xbox and I love it but the maps are all really short and I feel like all the enemies are outpacing me faster than I can catch up. Is there any possible way to grind experience levels without having to progress through story areas? I've tried revisiting areas and it seems that items will respawn to loot but enemies do not. Am I missing something?

Nothing should be respawning. Don't look at enemy levels as much as look at your damage output vs enemy health. Enemy levels are practically pointless, enemy health, armor and abilities depend on their type mostly.

It's not the traditional "infinite supply of enemies" grind, but it is possible to avoid following the main quest and attack optional patrols/groups so you can increase your mutations (level) and get more loot.

If the enemies outpace you, your main thing is you need to be spending gun parts on upgrading your silent weapons. And you need to learn to use Hog Rush to knock out enemies so you can take two rounds to finish them. Plus use EMPs for robots. You'll want to do the fight that gives you your third silent weapon, which greatly increases your silent damage capabilities.

Between hog rush and possesion you can thin the herd very quickly.
I have not tried this, but is it possible to have a med-robot revive an enemy just so you can kill it again for more XP?

Possesion only works on humans. Haven't actually tried it on a dog. Don't think the xp works that way. Might be hard to test since you don't get any numbers to compare it to. None that I know of anyway. A lot of times I will kill everyone possible except for the shaman so he can call in more points for me to collect. :steamhappy:

I Dont think so.
On my first run on easy i did try it with the Shaman and there Summoned Minnions and i got some revived Enemies.
On my second run on Hard after i checked that Minions dont give XP (so i killed the Shamans bevor the could summon then ) and the priority Kills of Medbots i Endet on the same Lvl as on Easy ^^

Well, I guess I just have to enjoy the kills and move on. It's hard to watch the bar and fight at the same time but I can always reload.
