'Wraith' at Sea Titans? (Seed of Evil)

So I loaded an old save where I cleaned every location, started SoE and suddenly found a note "Volts rumor #1" in ark outskirts about some ghoul boasting that a wraith is waiting at Sea Titans location. But I found nothing at Sea Titans except some scrap. No enemies, no things, nothing. Is that actually a note from the main game that I somehow missed or is this just a note with flavor text and nothing more?

I looked it over the first thing I did as well, didn't find anything. But, when I started on the new maps I got updates for some old ones, one by one.
So a guess is that the Sea Titans map may be updated with new stuff while you are progressing in the new maps.

The old locations du get updated during progression of the DLC main story. You'll have to kill pod ghouls before getting the new shinies :p

For me it was the second side mission Pripp called me up with, once I'd travelled a couple of zones into the DLC - He tells you about Bot-lover at the Sea Titans, and once they show up, so does the Wraith in a chest. It is very, /very/ good to have.
