Farrow is the definition of a broken character
She manages the exploit of both lacking an identity, skill-wise, and being an absolute beast. It feels like the devs either were running out of ideas at this point and mashed the three starting chars together, or made a dare to create the most OP mutant. She has Dux's main shooting abilities with extra crits on top, Bormin's tackiness and Selma's mobility, and a critical chance bonus while hidden on top of it. IMO, she should have had one unique major mutation instead of Frog legs, that one should have been exclusive to Selma. She's the only squad member that doesn't have any unique major, that's my only quarrel with her.

Her greatest perk is her commentary as the squad leader.

More seriously, being the "I can do a bit of everything" character is its own role, though; for some players, she can fill in a gap that the other two characters don't.

She does not have Bormin`s crazy charge and thereby will only be able to replace him when most enemys in the zone are immune to knockdown.(seriously, that charge is op. Tackle a boss while he is alone and unload your silent weapons on him for the next 3 turns to "stealthkill" allmost any boss. )

She does not not have double-tap which is a great offensive asset.

She does not have high-ground which is arguably the most valueable offensive passive in the game.
