Joker Taunt skill NOT working?
"draw away attention and fire away from your teamate"

Enemy : Oh I am taunted by that b***h over there but I really want that roasted pigdude -
proceed to throw a molotov toward Bormin

And the next guy shoot dux as well beacuse why not.

Devs please.

I also have to say that I think that the Joker skill is not working as intended. Enemies still shooting my other players during the time that the enemy has Frenzy debuff.

Please fix this issue. This breaks the Joker / Contortionist build for Selma and breaks the Joker / Stone Skin build for Bormin.
After a couple of tries I gave up with Joker skill.
I found it was not only not working as intended in making all nearby enemies attack the character, but it was also calling characters from way across the other side of the map. Like I could take 2 or 3 turns with loud weapons and even grenades, and these enemies across the map wouldn't be alerted. But as soon as I use joker, the camera pans all the way across and I don't even really see what enemies they are, because it's all grey. I just see the alerted icon.
And then I finish off those few enemies I originally was fighting, and then have to wait like 3 or 4 turns until I can get across to the other enemies who were alerted. And usually they would have not even bothered moving towards me after the second turn anyway.
Nightmare, real pain in the arse.

@wobbler Yikes that's terrible! Good thing I didn't buy that skill until level 50 when I didn't know what else to do with those skill points...

Came here looking for any info about that, sad to see it's affecting multiple people. Hope the devs will fix this since it takes away a lot of strategy in combat.
Looking through the forum I assume that this skill doesn't work for anyone?

Yep. It aggros the whole map and doesn't actually force enemies to attack the taunter. More like a suicide skill. You only need to unlock it for two achievements. Really good potential if it worked as most people expected it.

Needs tweaking for sure.

Well looking at the bright side at least it's useful to find out all enemies on the map to clear it entirely.
But then again you have to already be in combat to be able to use it...

You can only have 1 Major Mutation, 1 Minor Mutation, and 1 Passive Mutation active at any one time, so if Joker doesn't seem to be working you likely have another Minor Mutation activated instead. In other words, if you're using Run 'N Gun then it means THAT is the Minor Mutation you have selected and activated, so you wouldn't be able to also use Joker. If you open up Inventory and look at the bottom section below weapons, outfits, and grenades, you'll see where you choose and activate your various mutations. Again, there's only 1 slot apiece for Major, Minor, and Passive Mutations. Click on each one and select which ability you want activated at any given time. It's rather bewildering that the game (and/or the devs) doesn't explain this to players. I would not have wasted my Level Up points on multiple Minor Mutations if I had known I could only use 1 of them at any given point in the game.

I think everyone is aware of this. If you don't have the joker taunt in your active list of mutations, you can't have the option of USING it.
So why would people complain about using the mutation, and then it not working properly, if they never had the option to use it.
Of course the joker taunt is in the active list. That's how we find out it's not working properly.

And as I said in my experience with the ability, it draws enemies from literally the whole other side of the map away, meaning I have to stay in combat mode, taking turns, for ages until I finally reach these enemies who have been alerted.
And then it means of course I can't stealth them, and have to take on what is sometimes a large group of pretty tough enemies with no element of surprise.

Joker taunt is just broken AND bad.

Here I was hoping that the skill has been fixed in the meantime already. Disappointed now.
