Do I get to download it as soon as I pre-order deluxe edition or I have to wait until release?

All of the digital content that is part of the deluxe edition will be available on release via another email.

It was stated over on the funcom forums that this will be available on the 1St as the game will be for preload.

If it is handled the same way the CE additional digital content will be links in an email with a code to get them.
