Seeds of Evil Question
So I read on the page for the DLC that zones we have already cleared will have new enemies, who are higher level..

Is there a reason to go back to them aside from grinding xp? As in, will there be new scrap/weapon drops etc., in those areas?

In genreal, if you cleared the old areas they stay cleared. However, at certain points in the DLC you get sidemissions for some older areas (competely repopulated), where you have new enemies and also get new loot, including weapons, scrap and hats (at least one of them is very useful).

TL;DR: no need to go and check every old area, just wait for the sidemission to pop up and then do them
