How do I find Fan Edition Digital Book?
I've looked through all folders I could think of. Does anyone know where I can find the pdf?

Steam\steamapps\common\Mutant Year Zero\Deluxe Edition

I have 4 subfolders in there for the artbook, rpg book, soundtrack and wallpapers. Right click the game in your library and hit properties, local files, then the browse local files. It may be that steam hadn't downloaded the content yet so check for pending updates in the downloads under the library dropdown. Aside from that, right click and verify the files or do a clean install if you still can't find them.
