Is this game available on Xbox game pass for PC?

It says it is available on PC: https://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/p/mutant-year-zero-road-to-eden/9nmp9b9kmklf?activetab=pivot:overviewtab

But when I try to install, it does not let me.

Yes, it is part of PC game pass....
but if you have xbox game pass for the PC you should know that it isn't the place that you those games from. (not all PC games on the MS store are on the game pass.)

also, searching the list for yourself (vs letting someone else do it: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/games?=pcgames )

Yeah I am using that, but the issue was for some reason this is not available in India region.

Wow, can't agree more. I tried it on Gamepass and it runs so bad. and the demo here runs so smooth. That's some new level of trickery from developers.

It's available but like others have said it's unplayable, hopefully it's due to be fixed at some point, I mean the game looks fun, I'd like to play it.
