Modding the game?

Hey guys, honestly just curious, but i am looking to make some changes to mess around with teh game, have fun my way. Just curious if there's anyway to do it like increasing how much health enemies have, how much scrap i get, or so on. or if i have to use cheat engine to do so?

I dont think you can change foes helth with cheat engine but sources like number of points or amount of scraps you have - most defenetly can be easy overrided.

From my point of view the things are worth to change in game (shot hearing radius and ability to make shot before walk) can't be easy altered.

Honestly I'd like to have all the playable mutants active and then heighten the diffaculty in a new game, that way it starts off harsh but when you recruit more and more mutant allies it'll get abit easier and rewarding but also tricky too.
