Seed of Evil Very Hard is too easy? No gameplay changes?

Well, a lot of people will probably hate me for saying these things but adding a new character and more of the same combat....won't make it a better game:)
I mean i will still play it but the game will just be more of the same content as before. Probably the DLC can be finished in 6 hours and you get more of the story but i feel like most of the postive reviews for this game are coming from the artwork, the design and the decent story+great voice acting.

I didn't find any new armor/weapons on the first mission but when i controlled a ghoul i noticed that the weapons he is using is just the same silenced pistol but yellow:)) Orks? Ork powa in the waggghhh? yellow= more fire damage:P

Seems the tactics are the same, roam the map to collect resources and kill enemies that are moving, don't alert big groups and then kill the big groups.
Anyway, when i finished the first mission i wanted to play more of it, dissapointed but i will continue it.
