What does "correct the railroads.exe file" mean?
1.the readme file mentions a few lines about Oblivion, not SM Railroads!
2.readme file only mentions this effective with XP/Vista
I'm just stuck! I don't know what i'm doing... any help is appreciated!

So if you have any doubt whatsoever (maybe someone created a bogus EDITBIN.EXE and uploaded it to a random website - which is what Steam is trying to protect you against), then you can download all the tools yourself from Microsoft and set the LARGEADDRESSAWARE in the header yourself - just to play it safe.
Visual Studio Express is free and has EDITBIN.EXE included.
