What do I do with Yogurt

Anyone know any good uses for it? I suppose you mix it with fruit, or, it's used as a side in a lot of Indian curry, but, curry is kind of fancy for the stuff I have in game right now.

Tried to milk sterilization. For now I can pan Milk into Stock and rawing it into Juice for fermentation into bitter Cider... So its like Huremge of Buryats people.
Hope for milk separation to use excessive whey for such alcohol.

Extracting whey from milk is not in this game, but will be on the next when i remake the cooking system
