GUIDE: How to send a Dump file.

Hello, to help us solve the game crashes on your PC, we ask you to follow these steps to create a Dump file.

Please make sure that you do what follows jsut after a crash, and leaving the windows pop up window related to crash open.

1. Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
2. You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
3. Type sysdm.cpl in the text field
4. Click OK
2.Click on the Advanced tab
3.Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button
4.Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked
5.Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box
6.Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump << where your .dmp files can be found later
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
7. Launch the game
8. Leave the error page open
9. Go to the task manager
10. Right click on the application (look for the name of the game)
11. Click on "Create Dump File"
12. Go to %systemroot%\Minidump
13. Take all the files, put them in a .zip folder and upload them here

🤢 Still getting that error after almost 1 year 🤮

First dump file is from error when I load the game. Before letting me into the main menu states "you cannot access milestone services, please try again later". Select cancel and I can continue. Also get the error going in and out of menus...

Second dump file is from error when I exit the game. I get the "The UE4-ride3 Game has crashed and will close
LowLevelFatalError"...

Dump file is from error at the beginning of a race in the Imatra circuit (Ulster happen the same).
I get the "The UE4-ride3 Game has crashed and will close

Dear Milestone

With any driver other than the Radeon 18.7.1 chrashes the game.

But I tried to send them a dump file with a driver that doesn't work and produces a LOWLEVELFATALERROR.

The only problem is: If the errorwindow is open I can't use the mouse to control the taskmanager. As soon as I press OK the Taskmanager goes again but of course the error is gone.

Can I give you a suggestion? First download the WinDbg Preview program, when the error occurs take a screenshot and at the same time open the Task Manager and in Ride 3 click with the right mouse button and click on create file of dump, when finished copy and paste in the My computer folder and give an enter that WinDbg will create the file for you and in file to your left of WinDbg save in the work area, do the DXDIAG procedure also save in the desktop put it together and send to those Milestone cheerleaders , I've done it more than fifteen times.

I am on win 10 and my directory is %SystemRoot%\Minidump u sure i should change it?

rx580 crashed everytime
