Sure, you have 2 possibilities :
Put the wheeling prevent to low, it will maximise your acceleration.
Or you have to pull the trigger really carefully
I don't have any problems to win drag race like this at 85% difficult
Also it absolutely depends on when you set off to the millisecond.
As the countdown starts make sure you are at full revs and just before the 3rd countdown bleep as the number 1 slides off the screen, hammer straight into gear and change up before full revs/before the bike starts to 'stutter' at full revs (audio)

I did however have a specific problem on the Hyper Naked bikes drag race. I couldn't win no matter what I tried. I went through various upgrades, gearing setups and bikes. I tried the S1000R, Tuono V4R APRC ABS and the Tuono V4 Factory with no results. What ended up getting me the win was the Mr. Martini Flashback 2 with a quickshifter, full suspension (tuned to Max Stiffness), and a minor final drive adjustment to limit the top speed to 274.
I was trying the Mr. Martini 2 as a last resort, because that was the bike that continually beat me in all the preceeding races. To my surprise it won the entire series on its FIRST run.
I think there is deffinetly something weird in this situation. Whiel I was using the S1000R and Tuono's, I noticed that I could beat the pack off launch, and maintain a lead all the way up to about 250Km/hr. After this, all of the AI would pass me mercilessly just seconds before the finish. On my first try with the Mr. Martini as I mentioned, the bike won. Not only did it win, but from the launch it maintained it's lead all the way to the finish.
I had this issue before in a different "volume" of drag races, but after one bike change I won, so I didnt think anything of it. Having encountered this twice now , I wanted to make sure I at least shared my experience. In my opinion, the bike change was the best way to go, after 10-15 attempts (adjusting gear ratios ect) if I couldn't get at least 2nd place I would change bikes and try again until eventually I got something that worked.
What I did notice, after looking a little more closely at the specs of the Mr.Martini 2, was the huge power to weight increase (compared to other bikes in the category) and I think that might be a part of why it outperformed all the other bikes. The AI should have been able to adapt to the variables, but it would appear not.
I appologize for the lengthyness of this response but hopefully this helps someone else who might be having the same issues I did.
Best of Luck,
Cheers!
What does 'Mr. Martini 2' mean? I have no idea at all what you are on about, sorry :-)
