RIDE 3
Ungradeable bike.
A warning to all, do not waste your money on the R2 catagory 1190 RC8R Track bike. Not that anyone ever uses that bike but just in case you want all the R2 bikes, stay away from that bike because you can not upgrade that bike. One would figure if its a R2 bike, it would automatically come with all the upgrades. This bike doesn't. Maybe more to follow. Hadn't bought all the bikes yet. lol

Isn’t all R-series bikes cannot be upgraded since they are already race bikes? Except wheel rim and oil.

We cant upgrade any R (R1-R8) bikes, never cud in older ride and probely never will, cause they dont have any performence points, An race bike is an race bike, thats it.

@GeeWizz is right! There's a problem with this R2 bike.

The upgraded gearbox is not pre-installed, the menu says "Install higher-grade components"
Fork, Single Shock Absorber and Spring Hardness are not adjustable, the menu says "Install higher-grade components"

Now try and upgrade this... lol

I use that bike.

I also will buy any bike and wouldn't care less whether it could be upgraded or not. Why do you care what others use?

Dame Axe, do you have to be confrontational with everyone that posts stuff on the forums. Lol. I don't care what you use and I couldn't care less if you "wouldn't care less" so what is the point of you making this statement. If anyone posts something and it doesn't concern you, then there is no need to comment. Obvisiouly you do care because you commented.

But for your information, the bike you are showing in your comment box, yes you can upgrade it but it will be upgraded to R1 bike, not the R2 bike.

This is what I am talking about with the R2 bike......

Now please Axe, take a chill pill man. Everyone who comments are not your enemy. But I have observed you making a few of them by how you comment. Its not that serious man. Really....it isn't.

The point of my 'statement' was to ask a question actually which I did. Most of my posts are either tongue-in-cheek or sarcastic because I am a Brit and we are like that. Most wouldn't know humour if they had a bag of it dropped on their head.

I am not unchilled whatsoever.

Respectfully.

If you read my reply without any emotional visor it's a decent and reasonable question is it not? I wonder these things so ask about them - this is a discussion forum after all ;-) You suggested staying away from the bike and not to buy it and you think I shouldn't ask about why you suggest that questioning your reasoning?

People read and put their own spin on posts made and assume the way they choose to read it, is in the same vein as it was posted. I can't be blamed for how my comments are interpreted when all I do is post what I would like to know. No frills on occasion.

Read the words and don't assume anything I guess. It was a simple question with no malice until you tainted it with a preconception. Just answer or don't I guess is the way here. You calling me cute names whilst I don't really care is never going to endear me to you either so should I be treating you like an enemy now? No I won't because enemies are for children.
I may dislike others BS on the forums but forums are just a cross section of life anyway and I don't spend or waste my time on the process of disliking people. And so the world keeps turning... meh

I don't comment on others styles of posting or use of words so why should I be judged any differently. Let alone put this out onto the forums because it's not helping anything is it.

Enemies? Well people choose their own enemies and that is not something I should be caring about. They can feel what they like and who am I to stop them. Once again though this is not something that needed bringing up in random threads which will probably become evident soon enough :-/

Internet enemies, you know what they are? They are strangers who either don't like what you say, hate what you stand for, hate it if you rock the sheep-boat or just hate because they don't like the fact that they have been corrected by common sense or facts.
These people hate at the drop of a hat because they can especially in todays world... They won't discuss, they rarely contribute they read and just whine and moan and always play the man and not the ball then seeth until they can't take anymore and explode.

God forbid you may have a bold character or a personality or are occasionaly outspoken because that reminds them of what they are not. This angers the weak and timid.

Plus most have no sense of humour and do not tolerate anyone else being happy because their life is shrouded in misery and they find a place to vent it and a person to vent it upon, where there are no real repercussions.
Add to that they like to spread their views of an individual in the the open forums in aid of trying to garner support for their opinion... which is not nice at all and is way below the belt.

Good luck to them though eh :-)

(By the way, have you seen those 'enemies' LOL. Oh yeah I really care)

To finish I wouldn't have posted the paragraphs above if I didn't feel I had to 'clear' myself of 'something' so I'll take it you understand why I have, thankyou. By the way I am not being rude or sarcastic here but just 'explaining' in return, with respect.

Anyway thanks for your reply on the bike question. I'm still unsure of what you mean but it doesn't seem to matter anymore :-/

As you were ;-)
