click on "download" at every single free-dlc.
game will start then and you receive the dlc.
had to start game 10times for that... totally annoying...
I can't believe the time I wasted trying to download free content from inside of the game with no success.
From menus you see all DLC you own and free content not installed. You try at this point to get the free ones, first Steam client ask you if you have Steam client installed... ridiculous...
Then you click download...nothing happens, now back to menus an retry in a loop. Nothing.
Finally I gave up and searched for help. Great I found this entry in the forum.
Developers must have an entire department focusing on find a way to annoy their customers.
Seriously you did not thought a way to make things easier? At least show a message telling the way to do it!
Do we have to restart the game once per free dlc? Well done.
Thanks again for your help, user Thjaffi.
I'm replying this discussion to make it appear at the top again, just in case new players lost in the same way.
