The recent changes in balancing very questionable and its worrying for the game's direction. Firstly, nerfing fun builds and interactions in a PVE game is clearly the wrong balancing choice, they aren't at a game breaking level that would ruin other player's experience. Secondly, every game mode is designed with training wheels attached, even the level 1000 icebind mode is easy with a correctly build warframe. Lastly, so many of the old contents in the game are just completely neglected and are just left in a very frustrating state. I just hope the devs would actually take their earplugs out and listen to player feedbacks.

Recent Updates only hurt the games health and cut down the creativity of its players.

Popular weapons become more popular while lesser used weapons get even less reasons to be used. Which only leads to even less versatility.

DE recycling boring gameplay loops while nerfing players who find ways to make the gameplay barely bearable. Sidenote: why even release farming content where farming characters not even work? Give the frames a purpose to be used.

The compensation for the "lost" value of Kuva is laughably low. While definetly not everyone has rolled any riven since the Riven Splicer update other people spent millions of Kuva to optimize their stats and maybe altered the stats far enough to create new gameplay mechanics.

DE seems to not know its own game anymore by making weird balancing decisions (releasing content which is not thought through) followed by immediate nerfs. They cut down the small amount of endgame content we have and engage less thinking in buildcrafting.

The game seems to shift towards a mainstreamed slop which wasnt the case years ago it feels like.

Please let endgame players do endgame stuff.

I don't understand how you can release an Event [Taubound] where the only incentive is to farm Moonflesh en masse, on a difficult to navigate tile-set, make it a 2% drop chance that can only be boosted through spending plat for a Drop Chance Booster, PURPOSEFULLY making all Pilfering, Resourceful and Desecration loot boosting abilities and mods not effect the drop chances, incentivising high KPM set-ups in public Survival lobbies - as it is a Community Event. Let people spend up to a week making builds for it, spending Kuva, Plat and Time for their new Splicers/Rivens/Weapons/Mods and then immediately nerfing the single highest KPM set-up in the entire game (that is also used to effectively farm Kuva in Arbitrations, surely no correlation to the new Splicing system, I'm sure).

This patch should have been used to address how unbalanced elemental ammo mods and abilities are, but that's too big a fish to fry, so they treated the symptoms, not the cause of the issue, which is Cyte-09's frankly absurd infinite punch-through, infinite invisibility and infinite elemental ammo.

This entire event was designed to manufacture a "reason" to nerf the weapons that have been fine for the prior 11 years since this patch, all because they are desperately trying to Evade the Cyte-0-Elephant in the room. I can only imagine the Gastro Grendel mod was designed with the sole intention of allowing yet another frame to use the Sobek/Panthera, bringing the interaction up in community discussion, only to nerf them back into obscurity after mere weeks of being in the limelight.

If at a certain point every single unique interaction for every weapons "unique" mod is going to be nerfed to the point there isn't a reason to not just bring another Primed/Galv Mod, every single weapon build will be essentially the exact same, only the highest base stat weapons will be worth using, if the weapons suck and don't want to be used, they will not be used. This will only cause another unhealthy fixation on the "next best thing". Please for the love of the game, make more interesting, niche interactions and instead of punishing the niche, punish the outliers that abuse the niche to it's utmost extremes.

People invest a lot of time and effort into finding these interactions and making the most out of them, they're arguably some of the most fun things in the entire game, don't make your game boring trying to balance everything in the game on the Cyte-09 scale, who is arguably designed, from the top-down to allow the player to stand completely still, be un-targetable and not have to interact with the map geometry while holding left-click at enemies through walls all the while, never needing to reload. You shouldn't have to punish iconic builds for frames like Saryn, Grendel, Oraxia, Uriel & Xaku to address ONE single Warframe, who genuinely lies at the core of this issue. Saryn Toxic Lash has been around so long and it has never been near as disruptive as Ctye. This was a purposefully manufactured, premeditated event designed solely to, in effect; remove Acid Shells and Combustion Beam from the game.

DE has continually addressed the incorrect issues after creating content that was either not thought out, or in this case seemingly purposefully thought out to punish player builds, instead of reflecting on their own design philosophy that allowed the creation of Cyte, that failed to make meaningful change to EDA/ETA. That delayed Icebind to give them more time with Riven testing, only to STILL need to hotfix Ammo Efficiency within the next 16 DAYS of release.

I'm no longer confident DE is capable of creating worthwhile content. Until I see otherwise this game goes back to being Free to Play in my eyes. I encourage anyone who feels as I do to vote with their wallet and not make any more purchases until assurances AND results can be made that endless arbitrary META-Crushing won't negatively effect even everyday normal players.
